When I travel, the essence of luxury living is often captured in photographs. It’s a form of studying for me and helps me understand and fulfill the needs of my luxury real estate clients.

On a trip to the UK earlier this year (to accept several International Property Awards!), I was struck by the history and impeccable service and style of The Savoy Hotel in London and the rich characteristics of their Rolls-Royce car service for patrons. The ultimate rewards for those who work hard to achieve excellence and then seek a well-deserved luxurious lifestyle.

Toronto-based entrepreneur/philanthropist, Miles Nadal, is familiar with this. I recently attended a private reception celebrating his achievements. While listening to his story of how he turned his passion for taking pictures into a thriving multi-faceted business empire, I was reminded of my own life and passions.

From a very early age, it’s always been about real estate and inspiring people to live the luxurious lifestyle they deserve. I was impressed with Miles’ collection of luxury and vintage cars and the variety of paraphernalia he collected over the years.

For me, captured memories of my travels serve as wonderful souvenirs. From luxury cars to luxury hotels to luxury backdrops to luxury dining, it’s all a wonderful reminder that a world of magnificence awaits those who seek to experience it, achieve it and live it.
